Lessons start a.y. 2024/2025: September 16, 2024 (Monday) *

I semester

Ordinary lessons: 16 September 2024 - 21 December 2024

  • First half: September 16, 2024 (Monday) - October 26, 2024 (Saturday)
  • Online retrieval, up to 6 hours, or by appointment, if an appropriate classroom is available at a different time.
  • Second half: November 11, 2024 (Monday) - December 21, 2024 (Saturday)
  • Classroom recoveries: January 7, 2025 (Tuesday) – January 11, 2025 (Saturday)


II semester

Ordinary lessons: February 10, 2025 - June 7, 2025 

  • Third half semester: February 10, 2025 (Monday) - March 22, 2025 (Saturday)
  • Classroom recoveries: March 24, 2025 (Monday) – March 29, 2025 (Wednesday)
  • Fourth half semester: April 28, 2025 (Thursday) - May 31, 2025 (Saturday)

Autumn exam session a.y. 2023/2024

  • August 28 - September 14, 2024: 1 exam session
  • October 28 - November 9, 2024: 1 exam session

Winter session a.y. 2024/2025

  • January 13 - February 8, 2025: 2 exam sessions (with at least 10 days between sessions)
  • March 31 - April 16, 2025: 1 exam session (Easter on April 20-21, 2025)

Summer session a.y. 2024/2025

  • June 16 - July 31, 2025: 3 exam sessions
    (1 session in each of the following periods: June 16-28, June 30 - July 12, July 14-31)

Autumn session a.y. 2024/2025

  • August 28 - September 13, 2025: 1 exam session
  • October 27 - November 8, 2025: 1 exam session

To access the graduation sessions (submit the degree application), students must have completed all exams by the date of submitting the degree application.
An exception is made for the summer graduation session, where:

 

  • if students are in the regular course, they can complete exams after submitting the degree application
  • if students are out of the regular course, they are allowed to take a maximum of 24 CFU (Crediti Formativi Universitari) after submitting the degree application

In both cases, exams must be taken in the first exam session of the summer session, which means an exam scheduled by June 28, 2025.

Autumn session a.y. 2023/2024

  • July 15 - September 15, 2024: Submission of thesis title (student) and Acknowledgment of student (supervisor)
  • September 16-24, 2024: Submission of degree application (student)
  • September 23 - October 15, 2024 (student): Online submission of final thesis
  • September 23 - October 18, 2024 (supervisor, for tacit consent): Online confirmation of final thesis
  • October 28 - November 9, 2024 (degree committee): Closed-door discussions or evaluations of final exams and proclamations

Extraordinary session a.y. 2023/2024 and Advance* a.y. 2024/2025

  • By February 16, 2025: Submission of thesis title (student) and Acknowledgment of student (supervisor)
  • February 17-25, 2025: Submission of degree application (student)
  • February 17 - March 16, 2025 (student): Online submission of final thesis
  • February 17 - March 18, 2025 (supervisor, for tacit consent): Online confirmation of final thesis
  • March 31 - April 16, 2025: Closed-door discussions or evaluations of final exams and proclamations

Summer session a.y. 2024/2025

  • By May 18, 2025: Submission of thesis title (student) and Acknowledgment of student (supervisor)
  • May 26 - June 10, 2025: Submission of degree application (student)
  • May 26 - June 13, 2025: Online submission of final thesis for all remaining degree programs in the School
  • May 26 - June 15, 2025 (supervisor, for tacit consent): Online confirmation of final thesis
  • June 30 - July 19, 2025: Closed-door discussions or evaluations of final exams and proclamations

* The early session for the 2024/2025 academic year is reserved for:

  • Students enrolled for the academic year 2024/2025 as students in the final year of their regular degree program, who have completed all exams by the date of submitting the degree application.
  • Out-of-course students who have renewed their enrollment for the academic year 2024/2025 and have modified their career plan. They graduate in the early session of the academic year 2024/2025. They are required to pay installment fees with due dates that have already passed, while they are not required to pay installment fees with due dates after the graduation date.

 

When filling out the online degree application, those eligible for the early session must select the academic year 2024/2025, Early Graduation Session. Those not using the early session must select the academic year 2023/2024, Extraordinary Graduation Session.

Lessons for Cultural heritage and creativity for tourism and territorial development will start on 2nd october 2023. Please refer to Timetable

  • February 12-19, 2024: Online delivery of the degree attainment application
  • by 15 March 2024: Thesis delivery online
  • April 3-13, 2024: Closed-door discussions or evaluations of the final tests and proclamations

Summer session a.y. 2023/2024

  • May 13-22, 2024: Online submission of graduation application
  • by 3 June 2024: Online delivery of the Scienze della Formazione Primaria thesis
  • by 15 June 2024: Online delivery of the thesis of all the remaining Degree Courses of the School
  • 17-29 June 2024: Discussions and proclamations of Scienze della Formazione Primaria
  • 1-23 July 2024: Closed-door discussions or evaluations of the final exams and announcements of all the remaining School Degree Programmes

 

* The early session for the 2023/2024 academic year is reserved for:

1) male and female students enrolled for the 2023/2024 academic year as students in the last regular year of their degree course, who have taken all the exams by the date of insertion of the application graduation.

2) students out of course who have renewed their enrollment for the academic year. 2023/2024 and changed their career plan, graduating in the early session of the academic year. 2023/2024, are required to pay the tuition installments whose payment deadline has already passed, while they are not required to pay the tuition installments with a due date subsequent to the graduation date.

 

When completing the online graduation application, those who fall within the early session category must select the academic year. 2023/2024, Early graduation session.

Anyone who does not take advantage of the early session must select the a. to. 2022/2023, extraordinary graduation session.

    Primary Education Sciences), from 3 to 22 July 2023 (all remaining degree and master's degree
    courses relating to the School).

  • Online thesis submission: by June 6, 2023 (Primary education sciences); by 19 June 2023 (all the
    remaining Bachelor's and Master's degree courses belonging to the School)
